We’re committed to more than just great products – we’re dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with our warranty processing service on behalf of the manufacturer! Hassle-free Warranty™ and Store Warranty™ apply to both our B2B clients and their end customers. Please be aware some products are neither covered by our Hassle-free Warranty™ nor Store Warranty™ processing services depending on the Manufacturer’s support. In those cases, we will refer the customer to the Manufacturer. In order to know the warranty details of any product, make sure to check the Resources tab.

Shipping

For all orders of $350 or more, Thermodynesystems offers Free Shipping and a Free Signature Option (if selected and within Canada). For orders under $350, a flat $25 shipping fee will apply, with the same signature option included. Rush orders are available upon request (additional fees may apply).

Hassle-free Warranty™ Program

Thermodynesystems will cover all Brands under the Hassle-free Warranty™ Program for the Full Manufacturer’s Warranty Period.

Hassle-Free Warranty™ simplifies the warranty process for most claims:

  • No need to return your device – just submit a video showing the defect.
  • If video proof is not an option, or the defect cannot be clearly shown via video, we may require the product to be sent back to our warehouse for evaluation.
  • Once we receive your device, please allow up to 15 business days for processing and resolution.
  • Shipping costs are not covered, and we do not accept C.O.D. packages or cover customs fees.

Store Warranty™ Program

Store Warranty™ is offered for certain brands within the warranty period specified on the product pages. Due to limitations set by the manufacturer, the warranty process is slightly more elaborate and, in some cases, more costly due to shipping:

  • We will ask you to return the product for testing if a defect is identified.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning devices to us.
  • After we receive the device, please allow up to 15 business days for us to process the claim and provide a resolution.
  • Shipping costs are not covered, and we do not accept C.O.D. packages or cover customs fees.

Manufacturer Warranty

The Manufacturer's Warranty ensures that your product meets specific quality and performance standards within a defined period, as outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines, often detailed in the product manual. To ensure efficient processing of damages and shortages, please follow these steps:

  2. Inspect all deliveries for tampering, re-taping, or damage. Notify the driver to file a claim with the carrier, notify Thermodyne Systems within 24 hours, and provide digital pictures of damaged items.
  3. Keep all original boxes and packaging for carrier inspection and to File a Claim. You Must Follow Proper Procedures. We Also Require Digital Pictures of Any Broken or Damaged Items to Be Considered for Replacement.

All merchandise is assessed for quality before shipping and leaves in good condition.

Shipping

Orders of €650 or more qualify for Free Shipping. For orders under €650, a shipping fee will apply, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 days after payment is confirmed.

For orders outside the EU, shipping fees are calculated at checkout or a quote can be requested for accurate rates. Orders ship within 1–2 days after payment is confirmed. We ship with incoterm EXW

Customs duty in the EU ranges between 0–5%; Thermodynesystems uses an HS code of 0%, but rates may vary by country, and clients must verify and adjust as needed during import.

The courier will issue a direct invoice for import costs. The client is responsible for all import costs, which are not reimbursable.
